a: it's the rain that caused such traffic.
s: it's the rain, the laws which dictates that the government shouldn't limited the numbers of owned private cars, the knob-headed people who's driving in the busway line, blah blah this blah blah that ... but in the end it's the fuckin' city. it's making me sick.
